What good websites are there for reading free comics?

A website where you can read marvel and other types of comics, free of charge.

You can’t legally read Marvel or DC comics "free of charge". But there are some good download sites for public domain comics. The one I frequent is the Digital Comics Museum. You can probably find something interesting there, and it’s all free.
