If I wanted to be a teacher for preschool to about grade 3, what do I need to do?

Is it possible to get a teaching degree for only younger grades?
What highschool classes do I need?
What college/university do I need to go to?
What classes would I take?
Is there a program for it?
Do you need upgrading?

Any advice would help !

You should get your degree in Elementary Education. That will allow you to teach grades up to 8th grade. You’ll have to pass the PRAXIS exam (which is like the SAT) to get certified. You should take general high school classes; a little bit of everything. Get work or volunteer experience with the age group you’re interested in teaching. You could do this in a day care center or elementary school.
