Does anyone have any websites that are great for preschool lesson plans?

The children in my class range from ages 17months to 22 months. I want some good age appropriate crafts and things to help them learn.

www.starfall.com helps preschoolers learn a lot! It helped me I remember.

  1. Try http://www.perpetualpreschool.com – they have tons of great activities sorted by theme. There is a link on that site with resources especially for toddler teachers, too.

Also, http://www.preschoolrainbow and http://www.preschooleducation.com have some good resources, though some of their activities are not very developmentally appropriate, especially for toddlers. You would have to pick and choose to find suitable activities there.

    Good luck!

  2. I really like reading rockets for guidance. I think if you go to your library and go to the resource section in the kid’s department, you will be amazed at what you find there. I am a home childcare provider and this is where I find most of my ideas. Also make sure to read the development books, because they often have ideas for this age group too. Good luck!
