RussianPod101.com is pretty good – it’s audio lessons teaching conversational russian from beginner up to advanced. you do learn the grammar and vocabulary but the main goal is to get you speaking first.

What you are looking for is a website mirroring program. Take note that if the website is interactive and can store data, no software will be able to emulate it correctly on your computer. For example, if you make a copy of a forum, you won’t be able to post messages or do stuff like that.
