Iv learned allot from a great photographer called karl taylor. He has a website where you can sign up and get a course every 2 weeks. He learns you everything from manual mode on your camera, to the best tripods and the filters. http://www.karltaylorphotography.com Great site, Great photographer that offers toones of great DVDs and tutorials for you to achieve what you want out of photography.

Good Luck.
If you like his courses, why not purchase his DVD’s and get an extra tutorial

I learned a ton on http://dpchallenge.com

Its new contests every week, it will make you be creative, use the skills you have and learn the ones you don’t have so you can compete. Its a terrific learning environment. There are many skilled photographers on the site if you need help with anything you can ask. Its a great motivator too. Check it out!

I'd try a photography forum like ilovephotography.com. There are lots of people there that give great advice.
